Strength training focusing on technique and building strength and muscle. Sessions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at 9.15am. Cancellation Policy

This is a service provided to members of the Rowing Club Gym only. This service is limited to 10 people per session. To allow others the opportunity, please cancel your booking at the earliest opportunity when you are unable to attend so those on the waitlist can fill the gap.
