-
What is the best time to come to the gym?One of the best things about a 24/7 gym is that you can work out whenever it fits your schedule. However, it’s helpful to be aware of peak hours to plan your visit accordingly. During the rowing season (September–April), rowers train Monday to Thursday from 4–6pm. While they prefer to train on the water, they may occasionally use the indoor rowing machines and green space when the weather doesn’t cooperate. You’re always welcome to use the gym during these times—it may just be a bit louder! We also offer group fitness classes. If you prefer a quieter workout environment, consider coming outside of these session times. You can find the group fitness timetable HERE
-
How much is a membership?Standard memberships are $21 per week, and Student and Senior memberships are $17 per week. Memberships can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. There is a 3-month minimum term.
-
Do you have any classes?Yes, there are group classes available. Strength classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 9.15am and 6pm. Boxing classes will be held 6am Wednesday mornings. Classes are exclusive to members and will be free (unless otherwise stated) for the first 3 months (February - April). Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waitlist will be activated if any classes are full. If you're unable to attend a class you've booked, please cancel your booking to open the spot for someone on the waitlist. If certain classes become very popular, we may need to implement a limit on how many free classes you can attend. For those seeking a more personalised approach, smaller group training sessions (4-6 people) will be available at an additional cost to ensure a more tailored experience.
-
Are there any other costs? We will apply a one-time joining fee of $49. This fee covers setup, your 24/7 membership access, a gym induction with a Personal Trainer, along with health and safety requirements. Any additional costs will apply for services you choose, such as personal training, extra nutrition support, or paid group classes. Please note that for the first term (1st February - 26th April), we’re offering free group classes so you can try them out while we explore membership package options behind the scenes.
