Cancellation Policy

Melissa Smith Total Wellbeing has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give at least 24 hours in advance cancellation notice, 50% of the fee will be charged to your account. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not notify Melissa Smith Total Wellbeing, the full appointment fee will be charged to your account. Payment of this fee is due within 7 days of the cancellation (unless the cancellation fee is waived by Melissa Smith Total Wellbeing under special circumstances).
